St. George's Church is situated at the centre of the village of Littleport and serves an extremely large parish including that of Little Ouse (previously St. John's) to the east and St. Matthew's to the west.
Littleport itself lies some 20 miles north of Cambridge and 23 miles south of King's Lynn.
